Physical product batch runner
Upload your Product CSV and Keyword CSV, approve physical product opportunities, and build shipped-product Etsy deliverables automatically.
01 Build your physical product workflow
This page is dedicated to physical products. No buyer download is created. Choose the exact generated-image count from 1–12, attach optional physical references, approve products, and export the listing package.
Upload both CSV files, open the correct product workspace, attach references, and approve the products you want to process.
This workspace autosaves automatically. A page refresh restores the current batch, prompts, results, and submitted APiXO task IDs; unfinished image tasks reconnect and continue monitoring. Use Clear autosave & reset in the top-right corner when you intentionally want a completely blank workspace.
Launch readiness
Run a complete local check before spending API credits. The studio verifies CSVs, the Chrome helper, model keys, image generation, prompts, digital files, and export requirements.

PERMANENT RESEARCH DATABASE
Existing product and keyword CSV database
Add old or new Product CSV and Keyword CSV files without replacing the current workspace. Rows are permanently appended, duplicates are merged, and there is no Product Studio row-count limit; capacity is limited only by available storage on this computer.
Every Product CSV and Keyword CSV loaded above is added here automatically. Storage has no Product Studio row cap and remains on this computer. The viewer can show a smaller working set or every saved row.

Physical Product Setup
PHYSICAL PRODUCT WORKSPACE
Build a listing around the real item.
Use this page for products a buyer receives in the mail. The automation creates only the selected Etsy listing images and supporting listing files—never a downloadable buyer file.
Physical default
1–10 listing imagesGenerate the exact number selected for each physical product.
Visual referencesAttach optional product photos, guides, or style references below.
No digital deliverableThe package contains listing assets, SEO files, and source references only.
FIVE-PROMPT IMAGE WORKSPACE
Analyze the product and generate its complete image system inside five prompts.
Etsy extraction is a separate input step. Prompt 1 analyzes the extracted listing and source images. Prompts 2–5 analyze the complete generated Prompt 1 2×2 image as one exact-product reference. There is no Universal Prompt, separate identity audit, final image audit, buyer-file generation, sellability review, or audit-driven repair stage.
Digital default
Five-prompt image settings
Choose SAME or DIFFERENT/similar mode. Selecting either product-direction card automatically loads its complete revised five-prompt family into both Batch Automation and GPT Image Studio.
Digital setup
Choose image quality before generation
This setting applies to all five final 2×2 images. Every four-quadrant image remains intact. These are the only two available modes.
Current: 1K - low
Choose same product or a clearly different similar product before generation
Choose the product direction before generation. SAME recreates the source product. DIFFERENT preserves the broad product family and buyer use while creating a visibly independent design identity, then locks that accepted master for Prompts 2–5.
Product direction
Prompt family loaded automatically from the product direction above
These are two separate five-prompt families. SAME is exact-source reconstruction. DIFFERENT creates an independent related identity with three visible product-level changes, followed by exact preservation of the accepted new master. The cards, buttons, and slider stay synchronized.
SAME product prompts loaded
The SAME product family fills all five prompt boxes with exact-product reconstruction prompts. Each prompt returns one intact 2×2 image.
Quick prompt-family switch
The slider mirrors the two separate prompt-family buttons above. Moving it immediately changes modes and loads the matching five prompts.
SAME set
1 SAME prompt family2 DIFFERENT prompt family
SAME prompt family: Prompt 1 preserves the exact underlying product identity. Prompts 2–3 show the same product in new angles and use states. Prompt 4 covers preparation and early creation; Prompt 5 covers later assembly, finishing, and final checks.
Choose PDF here when you want a PDF. Auto-detect chooses the strongest valid format separately for each product. Your manual choice is preserved through product analysis, retries, and recovery passes whenever the selected category supports it.
Auto changes the cover composition, typography, palette, section openers, tables, callouts, icons, page furniture, and content emphasis to fit each product. A forced style stays consistent throughout that one buyer file.
The detailed template below changes with the selected category and file type. It is fully editable, so remove, add, or rewrite any requirement before running the product.
R590 prompt-family mode: SAME or DIFFERENT/similar selection auto-loads Prompts 1–5 after the original source identity is locked. Each provider task returns one 2×2 sheet that is saved as four numbered images. The final result is exactly 20 validated APiXO image slots, image-01 through image-20. Every human-present image excludes the complete head, face, hair, forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, chin, jawline, and all neck-above-collarbone area.

Optional competitor image research — Etsy search results
Turn this on to open an Etsy search page in an inactive Chrome tab, extract the first image from the first 1–16 unique listings, and analyze recurring thumbnail patterns before creating the new image. Competitor images are research references only and must not be copied exactly.
A search term is automatically converted to an Etsy search URL. A full Etsy search URL is also accepted.
Off. No competitor search images will be used.
Optional AI upgrades — API keys, prompts, and generated deliverables
The CSV-only workflow still works without APIs. When you are ready, add your keys once and the automation will use extracted Etsy images, reference uploads, and your custom prompts automatically.
WHERE TO ADD KEYS
1) Add your API keys in the app files
Open APP-FILES-DO-NOT-EDIT/.env after unzipping. You can also run APP-FILES-DO-NOT-EDIT/TOOLS/CHANGE-API-KEYS.command on Mac or CHANGE-API-KEYS-WINDOWS.bat on Windows. The app uses APiXO’s ChatGPT Responses gateway at https://llm.apixo.ai/v1. The PDF accuracy step uses locally extracted page text plus product images, then rebuilds the corrected PDF on-device. It does not require PDF binary attachment or Code Interpreter support.
Without keys: extraction, approval, SEO rules, and packaging still work. With APiXO keys: APiXO ChatGPT analyzes listings and APiXO GPT Image 2 generates exactly the image count you select.
HOW AUTOMATION WILL USE THEM
2) What the automation will send to the APIs
Digital five-prompt mode: Prompt 1 analyzes the extracted listing title, details, and selected source images directly. Prompts 2–5 analyze only the four Prompt 1 generated images.
APiXO GPT Image 2: the extracted product images, your uploaded example images, the generated SEO context, and the image prompt below.
Digital products: Prompts 1–5 each create one four-quadrant provider image. Product Studio crops the accepted prompt sheets and packages exactly 10 final listing images. Prompt 1 establishes the product, Prompts 2–3 add non-repeating views, Prompt 4 covers preparation and early creation, and Prompt 5 covers assembly, finishing, and final checks. All images preserve one exact product and exclude heads, faces, hair, and ears.
The app already downloads the generated images inside every product ZIP and the complete batch ZIP.
Locked model: gpt-5-mini. There is no alternate or optional model selection.
Physical-product text analysis uses gpt-5-mini when enabled. Digital mode uses the selected five-prompt image family, crops five grouped sheets into 10 packaged listing images, generates the selected buyer-ready digital file with gpt-5-mini, and scores visual design, beginner explanations, technical completeness, and ability to make or use the advertised product. Every category and the overall score must reach at least 9.0/10.
Fast generation is automatic: physical products use up to three detailed four-panel sheets, while digital products use five detailed four-panel sheets. The app submits all needed APiXO tasks together. The legacy one-sheet preview mode and the parallel-mode checkbox were removed.
Active prompt family: SAME DIGITAL PRODUCT. Each of the three buttons loads only its matching current prompt family.
0/60,000 characters. This is the editable draft limit; the final composed APiXO prompt is capped at 20,000 characters.
0/60,000 characters. The final composed APiXO prompt is capped at 20,000 characters. Optional when generating 4 images or fewer.
0/60,000 characters. Prompt 3 covers structural, alternate-state, scale, and third-feature views. The final composed APiXO prompt is capped at 20,000 characters.
0/60,000 characters. Prompt 4 must directly lead to the exact Prompt 1 product and must not become ordinary listing photography.
0/60,000 characters. Prompt 5 continues after Prompt 4 and must not repeat its preparation or early-creation stages.
Physical mode uses three coordinated four-panel contact sheets. Digital SAME and DIFFERENT/similar modes submit exactly 5 coordinated four-quadrant provider tasks. After each task finishes, Product Studio visibly crops the 2×2 sheet into four separate square AI images, producing 20 final images.
Bundled Etsy Draft Autofill extension — no Make
R590 locks canonical identity from original source images first, synchronizes title/description/tags/cover/filename/metadata, and builds only from a complete verified product-specific blueprint. Uploaded documents and every rendered PDF page are evidence only. Qualifying generated-image runs require exactly 20 truthful, unique, identity-matching APiXO slots, and release requires all independent gates.
Install ETSY-DRAFT-AUTOFILL-EXTENSION-R32 once from chrome://extensions using Load unpacked.
Generate or export a completed Etsy Product Studio product/batch ZIP.
Open the extension dashboard, drop the ZIP, review selected products, and create draft listings.
Make integration is disabled in this bundle. The extension uses your signed-in Etsy webpage and does not require Make, an Etsy developer app, API keys, or OAuth.
Make.com Etsy uploader
Checking the Make webhook configuration…
The webhook URL and x-make-apikey stay in the local backend .env file. When Make is enabled, this app sends one create event, then uploads every listing image and digital buyer file as separate authenticated webhook requests. Etsy authorization stays inside Make.
READY-MADE PRODUCT IMPORT
Drag in completed product or batch ZIP files
Drop ZIP files previously generated by Etsy Product Studio. The app securely extracts each product, restores the listing title, description, tags, listing images, and buyer files, then adds the products to the batch results so they can be sent to Make without regenerating them.
No completed ZIP files imported yet.
Make mapping setup samples
Use the main test for the nested listing fields. Then, while Webhooks 1 → Detect new values is waiting, click Send image-upload sample. This build sends the JPEG as Base64 so Make can deterministically decode it into a real buffer.
Sample events never create Etsy listings because their names begin with sample_. For images, map File name to file_name and File data to toBinary(file_base64; base64). For digital buyer files, use the Etsy API Call multipart file field with File name file_name, File data toBinary(file_base64; base64), text field name = file_name, and text field rank = file_rank.
Start with one completed product and Draft mode. Your Make scenario must return a listing_id after the create-listing route.
Chrome helper required for Etsy images: install or reload the included CHROME-HELPER version 5.5.0 folder. Each queued product continues independently through a bounded background extraction and one automatic recovery scan, so a slow listing cannot stop the rest of the batch.
REVIEW BEFORE RUNNING
Approve or decline product suggestions
For every suggestion, choose Physical or Digital. Digital inspiration files are references only. Declining, completing, failing, importing, or queueing a product writes a permanent record outside this ZIP. It will not return automatically in a later app version unless you deliberately press Redo.

Upload a Product CSV, then click Build approval list.

Every accepted product continues on the VPS through image generation, buyer-file creation, browser closure, computer shutdown, and refresh. Only a product's Cancel & remove button or Clear visible results now stops unfinished work; completed files and permanent Prior Product History remain saved.
Background continuation is on. After extraction is accepted, the VPS owns every remaining APiXO, crop, buyer-file, and completion step until the product finishes.

APiXO ChatGPT text analysis
Vision + SEO
Your APiXO API key stays in the backend .env file. The locked gpt-5-mini model analyzes up to six selected product images, listing text, confirmed facts, keyword data, and optional competitor examples.
Strictly locked: gpt-5-mini only.
No model dropdown, optional model, fallback model, or user-selectable model is included in this build.

SECTION D
Product image creation
Submit five coordinated 1:1 four-quadrant APiXO tasks, then save and validate their crops as image-01 through image-20. Generated-image products stay incomplete until all 20 numbered outputs pass.
07 GPT Image 2 Studio via APiXO
Generate a new product image from text, or edit selected extracted images. Your APiXO API key stays in the local backend .env file. Prompt drafts may be longer, but the final request is validated and capped at APiXO’s 20,000-character limit.
Active prompt family: SAME DIGITAL PRODUCT. Each of the three buttons loads only its matching current prompt family.
Checking image-generation configuration…
Digital SAME and DIFFERENT/similar workflows submit exactly 5 native 1:1 four-quadrant provider sheets and save their crops into 20 numbered image slots. The only image-quality modes are 2K - medium and 1K - low. Physical mode may still use coordinated provider sheets where selected. 1K - low is the default turbo mode for faster product completion.
Fast five-prompt mode is automatic. Prompts 1–5 each create one four-quadrant provider image. Product Studio crops each completed 2×2 sheet into four separate square AI images, for 10 packaged listing images total. Prompt 1 establishes the product master; Prompts 2–3 add non-repeating buyer-information views; Prompt 4 covers preparation and early creation; Prompt 5 covers assembly, finishing, and final checks. Prompts 2–5 use the complete Prompt 1 2×2 image as the only visual product reference. Every human-present image excludes the complete head, face, hair, forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, chin, jawline, and all neck-above-collarbone area.
Generate or edit only images and content you own or are authorized to use. The app does not grant rights to competitor images.
Text-to-image mode does not use reference images. Switch to image-to-image to preserve or transform selected product images.

SECTION E
Run locally or prepare cloud hosting
Local use remains the default. VPS/cloud setup is available as an optional deployment path.
08 Deployment and cloud access
Optional
Choose whether this project stays on this Mac or is prepared for a VPS/cloud server. Selecting cloud mode creates a deployment plan; it does not automatically purchase or modify a server.
Local mode selected
No cloud setup is required. API keys remain in the local .env file and the Chrome helper sends listings to http://127.0.0.1:3000 (localhost also works).
Recommended hybrid setup: host the Node app, APiXO API keys on the VPS, but keep the Etsy Chrome helper on your Mac. This avoids relying on datacenter requests to Etsy.
Planned connection
Enter your HTTPS app URL to build the deployment plan.
Local backend detected. Cloud mode is optional.
What changes when you use a VPS?
The web app and API keys run on the VPS.
The Chrome helper remains installed on your Mac and sends extracted listing data to https://lemvi.store/.
The extension’s Options page stores the server URL and optional browser-helper token.
Use Nginx authentication, a VPN, or another access-control layer before exposing the app publicly.
